Under our Umbrella company, you will be able to work where and when you want and have all the benefits of being employed. If you are a temporary contractor carrying out a number of short-term contracts for agencies or clients, this could be the option for you. For a small fee we will take care of your pay and deduct any tax and NI for you, leaving you with your take home pay, and no unexpected tax bills. After signing up, you will effectively become an employee of Paybuddi and benefit from the same employment rights as many other PAYE employee, such as:

PAYE (employed)
Under the PAYE model you will be paid and taxed using the PAYE system. With benefits for contractors such as full employment rights, sick and maternity/paternity pay, plus a choice of holiday pay and pension options. It differs from the umbrella model as contractors may be considered to only be employed for the length of any given contract or assignment.
CIS
Our CIS service is specifically designed for contractors in the construction industry. Working as a self-employed individual provides you a great deal of flexibility. Under the CIS scheme, you will benefit from:
